Anye Designs manufactures everything in-house in Downtown, Los Angeles.
Our jewelry is made to order and production time is estimated between 9-12 business days. If any unanticipated issues occur with your order, we will contact you immediately. Orders will not go into production until a full payment is made. All orders made through the Anye Designs website will receive an order confirmation via email after your order has been placed. Anye Designs is a full scale jewelry manufacturing facility, therefore we offer customizations on your order. The process of customization is always discussed with our team of experts and followed by a detailed quote via
e-mail. All custom orders are final, nonrefundable and they cannot be exchanged.
All orders are shipped via FedEx and do require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to a PO box. All packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. For all international orders, buyers are responsible for all destination country taxes and fees. We are not responsible for any international fees. In the event of a return or an exchange – the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Anye Designs wants you to be happy with your purchase. Any regular-stock item may be returned or exchanged within fifteen (15) days from the date delivered to the customer. Merchandise must not be defective, worn or damaged in any way. All merchandise must be sent back in its original jewelry box.

All custom orders are final, nonrefundable and they cannot be exchanged. All sale items are final, nonrefundable and they cannot be exchanged.
All Morganite and Moissanite engagement rings come with an automatic 1 year center stone warranty & 3 year side stone warranty. This warranty does not cover lost rings, chipped, broken or missing center stones or bent/misshapen settings.
All Anye Designs jewelry is carefully inspected by our Quality & Control specialists prior to shipping. We guarantee the authenticity of all materials-metal, side stones and center stones, for a period of fifteen (15) days from the delivery date. Your warranty will be automatically voided if the jewelry purchased from Anye Designs will be worked on in any way (resizing, repairing, stone setting etc.) by any jeweler other than one on-premises of Anye Designs manufacturing facility.
Anye Designs happily offers three (3) resizing services free of charge. Resizing does not apply to any of the eternity bands. Eternity bands cannot be resized due to the way they are built.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges if returning an item, send it back for a resize or a repair. Each package must require the signature upon delivery. Anye Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

When placing an order, Anye Designs asks for your personal information such as first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address and postal address in order to properly fulfill an order. We also use this information for purposes of communicating with the customer and providing the best to our abilities customer service.
Your personal information is secured and fully protected. Anye Designs does not share any of your data with third parties.
Anye Designs is proactive about cybersecurity. All credit card transactions are secured with SSL protocol and their details are never stored on our server.
